Jindal Leasefin Ltd, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the Company's Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window from April 1, 2026. The closure will last until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The re-opening of the trading window will occur thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
