West Leisure Resorts Ltd Appoints Mrs. Jyoti Shinde as Manager and CFO

West Leisure Resorts Ltd has appointed Mrs. Jyoti Shinde as Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from April 01, 2026. She will serve as Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. Her appointment as Manager is for a period of 5 years, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Shinde is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate with over 15 years of experience in accounts, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
