
Lodha Developers Achieves Record-Breaking Pre-Sales of ₹ 58.9bn in Q4FY26 with 16% YoY Growth
Lodha Developers, a leading real estate company, has reported its key operational updates for Q4FY26. The company achieved its best ever quarterly pre-sales of ₹ 58.9bn, marking a 23% YoY growth and 5% QoQ growth. The full year pre-sales stood at ₹ 205.3bn, representing a 16% YoY growth. However, March saw a select deferral of sales due to the Iran war, resulting in pre-sales being ₹ 4.7 bn below guidance. Collections for Q4FY26 were ₹ 52.3bn, showing an 18% YoY increase and a significant pick-up from the previous quarter. The company added one project in MMR with a GDV of ₹ 13bn in Q4FY26, and during FY26, it added twelve projects across MMR, Pune, Bengaluru and NCR with a GDV of ₹ ~600bn. The company's net debt reduced by ₹ 8.0bn to ₹ 53.7bn in the quarter, and its Net debt/Equity stands at 0.23x, well below the ceiling of 0.5x.
