Pradhin Ltd Closes Trading Window from April 1, 2026 till 2 Working Days After Financial Results

Pradhin Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from April 1, 2026, and will remain in force till the next 2 working days after the declaration of results for the period ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are requested not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
