Standard Engineering Technology Ltd Promoter Creates Pledge on 5,50,000 Shares

Standard Engineering Technology Ltd, formerly known as Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited, has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 5,50,000 equity shares held by promoter Katragadda Venkata Ramani. This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 31(1) read with Regulation 28(3) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The pledge was created for personal borrowing from SMFG India Credit Co., Ltd. The total promoter shareholding in the company is 15,00,000 shares, out of which 0.47% or 5,50,000 shares are encumbered, which is 0.28% of the total share capital.
