LIC elevates Diwakar Mohan Mittal to Additional Executive Director

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the elevation of Mr. Diwakar Mohan Mittal to a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) position. He will now serve as Additional Executive Director (Customer Relationship Management/Claims/Annuities), Central Office, a promotion from his previous role as Chief in the same department. Mr. Mittal, who joined LIC in 1992, possesses over three decades of experience in diverse administrative and marketing roles. He is a Science graduate, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. His term in the new role is specified until April 10, 2026. This appointment reinforces the senior leadership within a crucial customer-facing division.
