Nimesh Singh Acquires 10.16% Stake in KS Smart Technologies Ltd Through Persons Acting in Concert

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Nimesh Sahadeo Singh has acquired a 10.16% stake in KS Smart Technologies Ltd. The acquisition was made through Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), including Kaushik Hasmukhlal Gandhi, Bijal Kaushik Gandhi, Priti Nimesh Singh, and Varshit Janak Shah. The total number of shares acquired is 1,17,50,000, which is 10.16% of the total diluted capital of the company. There has been no acquisition or sale of shares, and the change in shareholding and voting rights is solely due to dilution arising from an increase in the paid-up capital of the company.
