Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd: Appointment of Mr. Sumit Jain as Independent Director, Resignation of Mr. Murli Atal, and Reconstitution of Board Committees

Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd announced the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Murli Atal, effective March 26, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sumit Jain as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 9th April, 2026, up to 8th April, 2031, subject to the approval of shareholders. Furthermore, the Board noted the statutory disclosures and declarations, reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and granted omnibus approval for all planned Related Party Transactions for FY 2026-27.
