Chandra Prakash Agrawal Transfers Shares Worth INR 89.49 Crores to Gallantt Trust

Chandra Prakash Agrawal, along with PACs, has transferred 8,94,96,719 equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited to Gallantt Trust through an off-market transaction. The transaction is in accordance with the SEBI Order dated March 20, 2026, granting exemption from complying with Regulation 3(1) and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Gallantt Ispat Limited remains unchanged at 24,12,80,945 Equity Shares of INR 10 each, both before and after the transaction.
