REC Ltd Announces Appointment of Rajiv Ranjan Jha as Nominee Director from Power Finance Corporation Limited

REC Ltd has announced the appointment of Rajiv Ranjan Jha as a Nominee Director on its Board. Jha, who is currently the Director (Projects) at Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), was nominated by the Ministry of Power, Government of India. Jha has been working with PFC since March 1997 and has held various positions, including Executive Director (Projects) since May 27, 2019. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Mechanical Engg.) from NIT Jamshedpur of Ranchi University and a Diploma in Management from IGNOU. He has a total experience of 37 years. The appointment was approved by the Competent Authority and is effective from April 6, 2026.
