Bodhi Tree Multimedia Acquires 50.01% Stake in Moving Image Studios for Rs. 7 Crore 13 Lakh 994.40

Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. has completed the acquisition of a 50.01% equity stake in Moving Image Studios Private Limited (MISPL). The acquisition was made for a total consideration of Rs. 7,00,13,994.40, which includes a cash consideration of Rs. 7,00,13,994.40 for 10,004 equity shares. MISPL has now become a subsidiary of Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. The acquisition is a strategic investment in the Media and Entertainment industry and does not involve any related party transactions. The transaction was agreed upon on December 24, 2025, and the final agreement was received by the company on December 31, 2025. The acquisition will result in the consolidation of financials but will not affect the interests of promoters, promoter group, or directors.
