Sarda Proteins Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till 48 hours after Q4 Results in 2026

Sarda Proteins Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and declaration of these results will be intimated in due course.
