Bhagawati Gas Ltd. Changes Designation of Mrs. Shachi Bhardwaj to Whole-time Director and Executive

Bhagawati Gas Ltd. announced a change in the designation of Mrs. Shachi Bhardwaj from Non-executive Non-independent Director to Whole-time Director and Executive. The board approved the change, subject to the approval of the members of the company, at a meeting held on March 27, 2026. Mrs. Bhardwaj has been a Director since July 08, 2015, and her term will be for 5 consecutive years, starting from April 01, 2026. She is the wife of Mr. Rakesh Samrat Bhardwaj and mother of Mr. Dyuman Samrat Bhardwaj. Mrs. Bhardwaj is not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
