GIC Pvt Ltd Acquires 0.055% Stake in Godrej Properties Ltd via Open Market

GIC Pvt Ltd, on behalf of Government of Singapore, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Gamnat Pte Ltd, has acquired 0.055% stake in Godrej Properties Ltd through open market. The acquisition was made on 9th March 2026, following the allotment of stock options to eligible holders under the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011. The total paid-up equity share capital of Godrej Properties Ltd has increased to 301,207,741 equity shares.
