D & H India EGM Proceedings Held on April 10, 2026

D & H India Ltd successfully conducted its 1/2026-27 Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 10, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. to 1:12 P.M. The meeting was held through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in adherence to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and relevant MCA/SEBI circulars. A quorum was established with more than 30 members attending virtually, exceeding the minimum requirement. Mr. Harsh Vora, Chairman and Managing Director, chaired the meeting, and Mr. Saurabh Vora, Whole-time Director, addressed the members. The company provided both remote e-voting and e-voting facilities during the EGM for resolutions.
