Rajendra Singh Pawar Acquires 4.07% Stake in Thrive Future Habitats Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Rajendra Singh Pawar has acquired 4.07% stake in Thrive Future Habitats Ltd. The acquisition was made through preferential allotment. Before the acquisition, Mr. Pawar held no shares in the company. Post-acquisition, he holds 8,39,328 shares, which is 7.41% of the company's total diluted voting capital. The company's total equity share capital stands at Rs. 11,31,95,810 divided into 1,13,19,581 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each. The total diluted voting capital of the company stands at Rs. 20,63,19,450 divided into 2,06,31,945 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each.
