Brigade Enterprises Appoints Dr. Anurag Priyadarshi as Head-ESG

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has appointed Dr. Anurag Priyadarshi as Head-ESG, a Senior Management Personnel, with effect from April 03, 2026. Dr. Priyadarshi, who has completed a Doctorate in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development, has over 23 years of experience and has previously worked with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Tata Group, and IKEA India. The appointment follows the obligations and disclosure requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
