Nanavati Ventures Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After Declaration of FY2025-26 Financial Results

Pursuant to SEBI regulations and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Nanavati Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 01 April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the half year and year ending 31 March 2026. All referred categories of persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
