National Securities Depository Ltd to Approve Audited Financial Results for Q4 & FY 2025-2026

National Securities Depository Ltd has informed BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 30th April 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also consider the recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholders' approval at the 14th Annual General Meeting. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from April 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
