Shri De, currently Director (Finance) at SJVN, brings nearly 30 years of post-qualification experience in finance. His extensive background includes roles at NHPC Limited, where he managed corporate accounts, taxation, and trusts. He is a Fellow Member of ICMAI, a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds CGMA from CIMA, UK. His expertise spans Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, Tariff Regulations, and Corporate Governance, crucial for power project development and operations. He has a strong record in financial reporting, with NHPC's financial statements receiving NIL comments from C&AG for nine consecutive years and multiple awards for financial reporting excellence.
