The resignation is due to a change in control of the company. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated March 28, 2026, in respect of the resignation of Executive Directors, are set out in Annexure 1. The resignation letter is attached to the disclosure.
