Amagi Media Labs Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations Compliance

Amagi Media Labs Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
