Adani Green Energy Commercially Operationalizes 951 MW Power Projects in Rajasthan and Gujarat

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its stepdown subsidiaries, has successfully commercially operationalized 951 MW power projects at Baiya, Rajasthan (251 MW) and Khavda, Gujarat (700 MW). This development brings AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity to 18,933.3 MW. The decision to operationalize these plants was made at 9.58 p.m. on March 29, 2026, with power generation commencing from March 30, 2026. The names of the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) involved in these projects and their respective project capacities are listed in Annexure A.
