SSMD Agrotech India Ltd: Resignation of Whole-time Director, Appointment of Additional Executive Director, Shifting of Corporate Office, and Other Changes

SSMD Agrotech India Ltd announced that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 06th April, 2026, approved various changes, including the resignation of Whole-time Director Ms. Surbhi Munjal due to personal reasons, the appointment of Mrs. Vandana Munjal as an Additional Director and Executive Director, the reconstitution of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, the shifting of the Corporate Office, and the ratification of the appointment of M/s G. Rishabh & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. The Board also took note of disclosure of interest from Directors in Form MBP-1 and declarations of non-disqualification in Form DIR-8.
