BKM Industries Ltd. Submits Overdue Financial Results for Q2 & FY 2022-2023 After NCLT Approved Resolution Plan

BKM Industries Ltd. has declared its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 30th September 2022, following the implementation of the resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The company, which was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has now submitted the financial results after being granted appropriate reliefs for effective implementation of the Resolution Plan. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and were subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors.
