Rushil Decor Ltd. to Temporarily Halt Operations for Technological Upgradation in Mansa Unit

Rushil Decor Ltd. has announced a temporary shutdown of its laminate sheet manufacturing unit in Mansa, Gujarat due to technological upgradation. The company will replace the existing steam boiler system with a Thermic Fluid Heater system, which is expected to bring operational and environmental benefits, including improved fuel efficiency, reduced water consumption, enhanced overall plant efficiency, and improved product quality. The transition will also enable automation and enhance operational safety. The shutdown is expected to last up to April 20, 2026, and may result in an estimated loss of sale of approximately Rs. 4 Crores. The company's other two manufacturing units will continue their operations without interruption.
