Arvind Ltd Appoints Mr. Nigam Shah as Additional Director and Whole-time Director, and Mr. Pritesh Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Arvind Ltd has appointed Mr. Nigam Shah as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as an ‘Executive Director’ and Mr. Pritesh Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). Mr. Nigam Shah, who joined the company in September 2023, is responsible for driving the Company’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation agenda. He brings over two decades of diverse experience across infrastructure, manufacturing, and financial services. Mr. Pritesh Shah is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi and holds degrees in commerce and law. The appointments are effective from 3rd April, 2026.
