Trading Window Closed for Designated Persons in Gautam Exim Ltd

Gautam Exim Ltd has closed the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in connection with the proposed sub-division (split) of equity shares and issue of bonus shares, subject to approval of the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting scheduled on 30th April 2026. The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting. The re-opening of the trading window will be intimated in due course.
