Central Government Approves Deepak Arora's Appointment as Managing Director of Sanofi India Ltd

Sanofi India Ltd has received approval from the Central Government for the appointment of Mr. Deepak Arora (DIN: 07495638) as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, effective from 27th October 2025. The approval was received on 1st April 2026 via email. This appointment is subject to certain conditions, including an undertaking from the appointee not to become interested in any selling agency of the company without prior approval of the Central Government. The expatriate Managerial Personnel, if any, shall come to India on and hold proper employment visa. The approval does not cover any requirement of security clearance.
