Renil Rajendra Gogri, a promoter of Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd, has created a pledge in favor of Aditya Birla Money Limited, Bajaj Financial Securities Limited and 360 One Distribution Services Limited. The pledge is for a total of 15,19,919 shares, which is 3.89% of the total share capital of the company. This disclosure was made under Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
