Coral Laboratories Ltd. Re-appoints Mr. Malay Doshi as Independent Director for Second Term

Coral Laboratories Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. Malay Doshi as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years, from May 27, 2026 to May 26, 2031. The appointment is subject to the approval of the members of the Company. Mr. Doshi is the owner of Malay Doshi & Associates, a renowned professional firm offering a wide range of services including Audit and Assurance, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, and other related matters. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. He is not related to any directors, KMP, or Promoter of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
