BLS E-Services Extends Validity Period for Acquiring Atyati Technologies

BLS E-Services Limited has provided an update on the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Atyati Technologies Private Limited (ATPL). The company had earlier announced its intention to invest and acquire ATPL's shares, subject to approvals. The acquisition was initially expected to be completed by March 31, 2026. However, due to the need to complete necessary steps including the execution of agreements and obtaining approvals from lenders, banks, and regulatory authorities, the validity period of the binding offer has been extended. The acquisition is now expected to be completed by April 30, 2026, subject to the necessary approvals and completion of conditions precedents.
