RPSG Ventures Ltd: Sudip Kumar Ghosh Resigns as Company Secretary, Appointed as Whole-time Director; Sayak Chatterjee Takes Over as Company Secretary

RPSG Ventures Limited announced changes in its Board of Directors during a meeting held on March 30, 2026. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Sudip Kumar Ghosh as Company Secretary, effective from March 31, 2026, due to his proposed appointment as a Director and Whole-time Director of the company. Mr. Ghosh has been appointed as an Additional Director, Whole-time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel for a term of 3 years, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Furthermore, Mr. Sayak Chatterjee has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective from April 1, 2026. He has also been nominated as the Nodal Officer under the IEPF Rules.
