Mark Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd, as the Manager to the Offer, has made a public announcement for an open offer to the public shareholders of Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited. The offer is to acquire up to 47,94,987 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each at a price of ₹32.15 per equity share, representing 22.97% of the Voting Share Capital of the Target Company.
