Coral Laboratories Ltd. has re-appointed Mr. Malay Doshi as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years, from May 27, 2026 to May 26, 2031. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on April 2, 2026. Mr. Doshi is the owner of Malay Doshi & Associates, a renowned professional firm offering a wide range of services including Audit and Assurance, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, and Financial and Investment Consultancy. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. He is not related to any directors, KMP, or Promoter of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI Order or other such authority.
