ACJKEL Expands Global Footprint with Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Singapore

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd. plans to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore to strengthen its global sourcing and distribution capabilities. The subsidiary will serve as a strategic hub for expanding the Company’s specialty rice portfolio and enhancing its international trade operations, with a focus on sourcing specialty rice varieties from Southeast Asian origins like Jasmine Rice from Thailand and Vietnam, and Hommali Rice from Thailand and Vietnam. This move is expected to provide several advantages, including expansion of the Company’s specialty rice product portfolio, improved access to premium rice varieties, strengthening of international trade operations and supply chain efficiency, better connectivity with global markets, and enhanced ability to serve existing international customers with a broader range of rice varieties.
