L&T RPL acquires 100% stake in IGSL for ₹1,123 Cr

L&T Realty Properties Limited (L&T RPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Ltd, has executed an agreement to acquire a 100% equity stake in International Green Scapes Limited (IGSL). The acquisition, valued at ₹1,123 Crore in cash, will make IGSL a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T. IGSL, a real estate company with licenses to develop residential properties in Gurugram, Haryana, reported NIL turnover for the last three fiscal years. This strategic acquisition aims to enable L&T RPL to leverage IGSL's land assets to enhance and expand its real estate development portfolio. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 15, 2026.
