Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 27 April 2026 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026. This announcement comes in accordance with the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Wednesday, 1 April 2026 till Wednesday, 29 April 2026 (both days inclusive) for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents.
