Choice International Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window from April 01, 2026

Choice International Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in securities by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited Financial Results for Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated separately. All Designated Persons covered under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
