Alkem Laboratories Ltd. has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named 'Alkem Pharmaceuticals Scientific Office FZ LLC' in Dubai Healthcare City, UAE. The WOS, with an authorized and subscribed capital of AED 3,670,000 divided into 3,670 Equity Shares of AED 1,000 each, has been set up to undertake the activities of manufacturing products and obtaining product registrations, except trading activities. The subsidiary is a related party of Alkem Laboratories Limited, and related party transactions, if any, will be done at 'arm’s length'. The subsidiary's operations are currently delayed due to ongoing regional conflicts affecting related approvals from UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention.
