BLB Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

BLB Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for all Insiders, including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will commence on Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Designated Persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
