Gallantt Ispat Ltd: Uma Agrawal Transfers Shares to Gallantt Trust via Off-Market Transaction

Gallantt Ispat Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and Regulation 7(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, that Uma Agrawal has transferred 645615 equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited to Gallantt Trust through an OFF-MARKET transaction. This transaction is in accordance with the SEBI Order dated March 20, 2026, which grants exemption from complying with Regulation 3(1) and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transaction involves multiple Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) with the acquirer/seller, including Chandra Prakash Agrawal, Chandra Prakash Agrawal HUF, Mayank Agrawal, Prem Prakash Agrawal, Dinesh R Agarwal, Maanaav Dineshkumar Agarwal, Anupam Agarwal, Ashutosh Agrawal, Prem Prakash Agrawal HUF, Santosh Kumar Agrawal, Santosh Kumar Agrawal HUF, Nitin Mahavir Prasad Kandoi, Madhu Agrawal, Pallavi Agrawal, Priyanka Gupta, Smriti Agrawal, Shyama Agrawal, Priya Saraff, Sumesh Kumar Agarwal, Om Prakash Jalan, Nidhi Jalan, Kusum Jalan, Shruti Kandoi, Priyanka Das, Brij Mohan Joshi, Narain Prasad Ajitsaria, Gallantt Fincares Private Limited, Gallantt Industry Private Limited, CP Agrawal Daughters Trust, Gallantt Trust, Naresh Chandra Agarwal, Ashu Goel, and Sharda Devi Jalan.
