Prostarm Info Systems Announces Strategic Operational Realignment, Shifting UPS Business to Bakrol Unit

Prostarm Info Systems Ltd has announced a strategic operational realignment aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimising resource utilisation, and strengthening focus on core business areas. As part of this realignment, the company will gradually shift its UPS related business operations from its Pune unit to its Bakrol unit in Gujarat. This shift includes the unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prostarm Energy Systems Private Limited. The transition is expected to be completed by November 2026. For the Financial Year 2024-25, the UPS related business operations at Company’s Pisoli Unit contributed INR 11.88 Crores, representing approximately 3.39% of the total consolidated turnover.
