Adroit Infotech Ltd Closes Trading Window for Financial Results

Adroit Infotech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
