SPEL Semiconductor Ltd to Approve Q4 Results, Alter Articles of Association, and Preference Shares Issue

SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has announced a Board Meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will also consider altering the Articles of Association to vary the rights attached to any class of shares. Furthermore, the Board will approve the terms of issue of Preference shares.
