ABM Knowledgeware Ltd Changes CSR Committee Constitution, Dissolves Risk Management Committee

ABM Knowledgeware Ltd has announced changes in the constitution of its CSR Committee and the dissolution of its Risk Management Committee. Mr. Prakash B. Rane has been appointed as the new Chairman of the CSR Committee, replacing Mrs. Supriya P. Rane. The Risk Management Committee, being a non-mandatory committee, has been dissolved as its scope of work is already being handled by other mandatory committees. The new composition of the CSR Committee includes Mr. Prakash B. Rane, Mr. Sharadchandra Damodar Abhyankar, and Mr. Ashokkumar Vitthal Dugade.
