Bhaskar Agrochemicals Ltd: Appointment of Two New Independent Directors and Reconstitution of Committees

Bhaskar Agrochemicals Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Koritala and Mr. Chandra Sekhar Pudi as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Directors. Their appointment will be effective from 01.04.2026 for a period of five years, subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company will also relieve Mr. Venkata Satyanarayana Sankurathri Chowdaiy and Mr. Sudhakar Chigurupati as Independent Directors upon expiry of their tenure after business closing hours w.e.f. 31.03.2026. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
