CMS Info Systems Ltd to Acquire ATM Management Solutions Business from Financial Software and Systems Private Ltd for up to ₹115 crores

CMS Info Systems Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of all underlying operating assets pertaining to the ATM Management solutions business provided by Financial Software and Systems Private Ltd (FSS) and the novation of underlying Customer Contracts. The purchase consideration for this acquisition is up to ₹115 crores. This acquisition is not a related party transaction and does not involve the issuance of shares. There are no other significant terms or potential conflicts of interest related to this agreement.
