Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 15, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis. The company also announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and other Insiders, had already been closed w.e.f. March 31, 2026, and the same shall re-open on April 20, 2026.
