Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd has acquired 44% stake in Prataap Snacks Ltd through market purchase. The acquisition was made through 80,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 5/- each. The equity shares do not carry any special rights or salient features. The total equity share capital of Prataap Snacks Ltd before and after the acquisition is Rs. 11,95,04,645 (Eleven Crore Ninety-five Lakh Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five).
